With rising enrollment and growing competitiveness in athletics, the school's principal wanted to explore an iconic swimming facility that could attract regional competitions and elevate the public recreation experience. Exterior glazing floods the space with natural light; angled reflective mullions can be tuned to help regulate indoor temperature. The program also includes locker rooms, a weight room, and coaching offices.


Commissioned as a business liaison between the United States and Mexico, Dos Puertos was designed for presentation to the Department of Homeland Security — a building of beauty, economy, and function upholding the security standards of both nations. Its curvature flows freely, echoing the borderless interaction meant to happen inside; the structure is raised off the ground, freestanding, cemented on neither nation's soil. A raised tunnel crosses the border itself, its slanted mullions pointing in the direction of travel — a quiet cue toward progression.




Designed to complement an existing milking barn on-site, this creamery gives the dairy its own space to process, package, and sell milk products directly to the public — a response to the region's growing farm-to-table and farm-stand appeal. Set against the backdrop of Mt. Nebo, the building is anticipated to draw thousands of visitors a year while staying grounded in the working farm around it. It was designed to feel like part of the land rather than an attraction bolted onto it and maintain the heart and spirit of American farmland.



A transit-oriented mixed-use campus, developed from 2D drawings into a massing/BIM model then into fully rendered ground-level and aerial views — office and residential blocks organized around a plaza, rail platform, and public realm.



Point-cloud scanning and Scan-to-BIM services led at Baxter BIM — capturing existing building conditions with LiDAR and converting the raw scan directly into usable BIM geometry. Paired with a large-scale aerial render of BYU's LaVell Edwards Stadium, showing the pipeline's range from millimeter-accurate capture to complex-geometry visualization.

An 8,862 SF French Country custom home in Woodland Hills, Utah, completed in 2021 — the only French Country home in the city. Shown here is the original front elevation drafted for permit, alongside final concept renderings for the master suite.
